Plot[]
Vicky tricks Matthew into leaving the shop so that Sooty, Sweep, Soo and Little Cousin Scampi can plan a birthday surprise for him. Everything goes wrong, including Vicky getting covered in cake mix and having to wear a monkey suit. When Matthew returns, all the gang are upset because of all the catastrophes, so Matthew uses Sooty's magic wand to transform the scene into a big birthday party, and they all have a wonderful time.
