The New Building is the second episode of the second series of Sooty.
Plot
It is the ceremonial grand opening of Mr Slater's new toilet block, but chaos looms when it becomes apparent that builders Sooty and Sweep have forgotten to install the vital component - a toilet! Can they get it fitted in time, or will Richard's career end up round the bend?

- Richard could have just lifted the brick off of his tie as it had only just been laid and would not have set yet.
- Surely Richard has other clothes.
- Why would the toliet end up on the bumper cars if it was meant to be making a beeline for the new toliet block?
