Plot[]
Scampi is upset because he is so small. While Matthew teases him, Sooty, Sweep and Soo sympathetically attempt to cheer Scampi up to no avail. When Soo suggests they take in lodgers, Matthew steals the idea and gets then to clear out the airing cupboard for a small lodger. Frank Bruno arrives as the lodger and Matthew is terrified, until Frank explains that naughty cousin Paul has sent him round to teach Matthew a lesson for being so cruel to Scampi.
